User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the All-in-One Text Batch Processing Tool ("the Tool"). By accessing or using the Tool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Service Agreement and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Tool.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are using the Tool on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement, and "you" will refer to that organization. If you do not have such authority or do not agree with this Agreement, you must not access or use the Tool.
2. Account Requirements (if applicable)
While the Tool currently does not require account registration to use most features, certain advanced features may require you to create an account. If you choose to create an account:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Tool
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to use the Tool in a manner that complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. You are solely responsible for:
- All content you process using the Tool, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of third parties
- Your interactions with other users of the Tool, if applicable
- Ensuring that your device, browser, and any third-party software you use to access the Tool are secure and do not interfere with the proper functioning of the Tool
- Backing up any data you process using the Tool, as the Tool does not provide data storage or retrieval services beyond local browser storage
4. Data Processing and Privacy
The Tool operates entirely within your browser, and we do not collect, store, or process any of your text data on our servers. All text processing is performed locally on your device. However, we may collect certain usage information to improve the Tool's functionality and user experience:
- Aggregate usage statistics, such as feature usage frequency and error rates
- Technical information about your browser, operating system, and device to ensure compatibility
- Non-personal information that helps us understand how users interact with the Tool
By using the Tool, you consent to the collection and use of such information as described in this section. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, but you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Tool, including but not limited to its software, code, design, text, graphics, and user interface, is the intellectual property of the All-in-One Text Batch Processing Tool team and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws worldwide. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Tool in accordance with this Agreement.
You retain ownership of any content you process using the Tool. By using the Tool, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Tool's services to you.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities when using the Tool:
- Using the Tool for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or in connection with any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- Processing content that violates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of third parties
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Tool or its associated servers or networks
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Tool or its related systems or networks
- Using any automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, to access, collect, copy, or monitor any part of the Tool
- Engaging in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper functioning of the Tool, including sending spam or other unsolicited communications
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Tool, except as permitted by applicable law
7. Third-Party Links and Resources
The Tool may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control these third-party websites or resources and are not responsible for their availability, content, or accuracy. The inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement of the linked site or resource. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of any third-party website or resource.
8. Termination and Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Tool, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated this Agreement or applicable law. We may also terminate or suspend access to the Tool for any extended period of inactivity.
Upon termination or suspension, you must cease all use of the Tool. Sections 4 (Data Processing and Privacy), 5 (Intellectual Property Rights), 9 (Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution) shall survive termination or suspension of this Agreement.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE TOOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ALL-IN-ONE TEXT BATCH PROCESSING TOOL TEAM OR ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE TOOL, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT THE TEAM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE ALL-IN-ONE TEXT BATCH PROCESSING TOOL TEAM TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE TOOL, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ACCESS THE TOOL, IF ANY. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNT TO ACCESS THE TOOL, THE TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the All-in-One Text Batch Processing Tool team and its members, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the Tool or your breach of this Agreement
- Any content you process using the Tool that infringes any intellectual property right or violates any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any rights of another party, including but not limited to privacy rights or publicity rights
11. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When we make material changes to this Agreement, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Tool after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you must stop using the Tool.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Tool shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations within thirty (30) days, any such dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
